PREPARATION

Preparation is the KEY to a successful project

Any type of flooring surface requires proper preparation in order to achieve a beautiful-looking result. Depending on the surface you’re looking to stain or coat, our team will have to diamond-grind in order to open the pores of the substrate to accept the coatings. Removing any carpet glue, mastic, clean up stains, and fill in cracks to the best of our ability is imperative for an acceptable final finish. Oil stains can be very challenging to remove from concrete. Without being properly cleaned up, the oil will prevent stain or epoxy flooring products from penetrating the concrete.

The experts at FloorChem Inc. will work to get your surface prepped for a stained concrete or epoxy flooring service.
